Reservation Policy:
Reservations can be made by email or telephone and will be held for (10) days to allow time for deposit mailing. Once deposit is recieved, the cabin is booked in your name for dates requested. Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the cabin rental is due as the initial deposit, and the fifty percent (50%) remaining is due on or before your first day of arrival. Forms of payment accepted include personal check, business check, money order, and cashiers check made out to Sarah Roubik.

Cancellation Policy:
Any reservation cancelled 31 days or more before the first date of arrival will result in a full refund to the reservatioin party. Any reservation cancelled 30 days or less from the first day of arrival will be refunded the toal cost of the rental minus the deposit or a 50% cancellation fee (whichever is greater).
